Application Documents

The following documents are required to be submitted with your rental application:

• One check for application deposit and application fees totalling $50 plus $50 per applicant

For each adult applicant:

• Completed application
• Identification documents - acceptable forms specified in Rental Qualifications
• Proof of income - minimum two (2) pay stubs or tax documents - see Rental Qualifications
• Signed copy of Rental Qualifications
