Move In Requirements

The following must be completed before move in:

• Complete Application
• Submit IDs
• Complete background and credit check
• Submit proof of income
• Sign Rental Agreement
• Pay first month’s rent
• Pay security deposit
• Submit proof of renter’s insurance

You may combine deposit and rent checks.

Certified funds (cashier’s check or money order) are required if paying less than ten (10) business days before your move in date.

Utilities must be connected in your name starting the first day of your lease.

The utility companies require a few business days to start service, so the request must be submitted before the start of your lease.
