Property Rules

• Residents may not keep any of the following on the property: a spa, hot tub, above-ground pool, trampoline, or any item which causes a suspension or cancellation of insurance coverage or an increase in insurance premiums.
• Residents may not post any signs on the property, indoors or outdoors, which are viewable from the street.
• Residents must notify Owner or Management if grass is over 6 inches tall. Residents are responsible for any code violations if proper notice is not provided.
